9:30am - bowl of Special K with Skim Milk

10:30am - Crystal Light Iced Tea

12:30pm - turkey sandwich on wheat

6:00pm - sweet tea, salad with ranch, 7oz steak and vegetables, 1 piece of bread w/butter.
